As we all know there are certain times of the year when all dancers need to be at their top fitness level. Such as when major events start to happen (Regional, qualifiers, all Ireland, worlds etc) and you want every child dancing on top form.
As a past dancer, having been placed in the top three many  times in majorc ompetitions, all Ireland and world championships ect, and winning the Leinster championships 7 years in a row I understand the extra work and training that is needed.Â
I am a fully qualified fitness instructor for the past nine years, training many different sports associated people and have been training and assisting dancers of all level.
I would like to introduce my style of fitness to your class.
Dancers are going to dance class 3, 4 or even 5 times a week, so while this is improving there steps, technique, and carriage etc, their over all fitness, strength and endurance will not get much better.
A dancer is constantly using the same muscles every time they dance, there for the muscles they are not using are being neglected and wasted. If these other muscles are being used by doing different exercises then this will make the dancers legs much stronger and gives them so much more power in there legs when they dance. I can not stress how much these extra fitness classes for a dancer are needed or how much a dancer can benefit from them.
My style of fitness for dancers has become very popular and I am currently working with many schools and individual dancers (Irish and all other type of dance) and again I can not stress enough how beneficial this is and how much it has improved the dancers I have worked with. Not only have I worked with dancers in Ireland, I have also worked with many schools in the UK and USA giving fitness work shops.
I am very pleased to be invited over seas to work with these schools
So why not give me the chance to help you as an individual or to come in to your class to help your dancers to improve their all over fitness, stamina, endurance, flexibility to bring extra strength and power to their legs, bring extrs spring, bounce and hight to lifts and jumps, strengthen up their core for posture, improve their carriage, advise them on the correct fuel needed for performing and many more things that will push them that little bit further.This can be done as group fitness, or as one to one outside class time.
I would appreciate if you could pass this information on to the pupils of your class and I would be more than willing to help them as an individual.
