Returns Policy.

Here at Irish Dance Wear we understand that buying over the Internet can be a bit of a worry for some people , so for this reason we are happy to exchange goods for different sizes or for another product from our range,as long as they are returned unworn and unused , and you will be liable for any additional postage costs. This does not apply to items that may be faulty or wrongly shipped by us as that would be a mistake on our part and it is only fair that we would cover the cost of return shipping.

We wont ask you for original packaging in the case of boxes, as we remove items from their boxes before posting, to be recycled, as to protect the environment and to keep down the cost of shipping for our costumers. In the case of plastic packaging we do ask that items be returned in there original bag.

We offer a 30 day returns policy from the day your item was shipped 

All returnable products should be shipped via regular post to Irish Dance Wear

In the cases of faulty or wrongly shipped products Irish Dance Wear will accept responsibility for postage costs via regular mail only. We will not accept any COD charges,  registered postals or courier charges for returns. We will not cover postage on any returns that are not faulty or incorrectly shipped.

We will replace your faulty product from our store as soon as we receive your faulty product through the post or credit your Irish Dance Wear account with the equivalent Euro price in Loyalty points allowing you to purchase another product to replace the faulty one. Due to Health & Safety regulations , Legal Reasons and standard operating practices we are unable to accept the following products as returnable unless we have shipped the wrong product in your package and can determine that the product has not been used in any way.
